The top-prize-winning Take 5 ticket was sold in West Harrison for the evening drawing on Monday, June 26, New York Lottery officials announced. 

The ticket was bought at the Prescription Plus At Silver Lake Pharmacy located at 23 Taylor Sq., and was worth $34,002. 

Lottery officials said the winner has up to a year to claim their prize.
